Job summary

AND Digital are recruiting a Contract Data Scientist to begin ASAP, ideally based in Manchester and comfortable with central US time zones. You will turn business questions into analytics use cases, build and deploy models in Python/R on Azure and Microsoft Fabric, and surface insights via Power BI and CRM Analytics.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, with 2+ years of applied data science in commercial analytics and a focus on delivering business impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applied data science experience in commercial analytics.
• Price Elasticity Modelling experience is a bonus.
• Strong Python or R, SQL, and Azure/Fabric experience.
• Advanced Power BI skills and experience operationalising models.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn business questions into measurable analytics use cases and models.
• Build and deploy models (segmentation, churn, pricing, MMM, forecasting) using Python/R on Azure & Fabric.
