• Knowledge of NEC contracts and management.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to regional offices as workload grows.
• Ability to lead design and delivery from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver on major projects and programmes.
• Lead collaborative working across WSP disciplines and partners.
• Aid in managing current projects and pipeline for Lead Consultant Services.
• Define the scope and best practice for Lead Consultant Services on major projects.
• Lead development of skills in project, contract, schedule and financial management.
• Take a proactive role in innovating with digital solutions for project delivery.
• Develop a standardised approach to Lead Consultant Services with other parts of WSP.
