Job Description
Your new company
Your new company is an established multidisciplinary consultancy with over 50 years' experience designing and delivering a range of world-class projects across the UK's built environment. They serve a diverse client base in healthcare, education, workplace, life science, sports & leisure, heritage, and other sectors, handling projects from £30m up to £300m+.
The Northern C&S team you will join comprises 22 civil and structural staff, collaborating with architects, project managers, and MEP professionals.
Your new role
You will join the business as a Senior Lead (equivalent to Principal) or Associate Structural Engineer, responsible for designing, managing, and delivering multiple projects at various stages of design.

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary in the range of £55,000 - £65,000. Applications are welcome if your expectations exceed this range.
Opportunities for progression are available, especially for candidates joining as Senior Lead (Principal equivalent), with a short-term progression plan to Associate.
Hybrid and flexible working patterns are standard—3 days in the office, 2 from home.
