ON RUNNING is seeking a Senior Lead of 3PL Operations to drive performance across warehouse and distribution networks for multi-channel customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics, warehouse ops, or supply chain within fast-paced orgs.
• 1+ year of direct people leadership guiding operational teams.
• Experience managing large-scale 3PL relationships and auditing metrics.
• Technical aptitude with WMS/ERP to optimize inventory, wave planning, and dock ops.
• Commercial and financial acumen to review controls, staffing, and productivity.

In short

As the Senior Lead of 3PL Operations, you will drive the performance and execution of our warehouse and distribution networks to serve multi-channel customers. Your strategic contribution will focus on driving productivity enhancements, cultivating 3PL relationships, and building scalable capacity to support progressive, sustainable systems change within our supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Operations, LATAM on the supply chain team, you will be the senior onsite stakeholder responsible for tactical and strategic initiatives as we focus on scaling the business.

Your story

• You bring 7+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management working within fast-paced, matrixed organizations
• You bring 1+ years of direct people leadership experience guiding operational teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic logistics environment
• Proven expertise managing large-scale 3PL relationships, including auditing performance metrics and leading continuous improvement initiatives across complex distribution networks
• Strong technical aptitude with Warehouse Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning software to optimize inventory placement, wave planning, and dock operations
• Commercial and financial acumen with experience reviewing operational controls, staffing models, and procedures to optimize productivity and meet targeted business metrics
• Excellent relational intelligence with a demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally, manage diverse stakeholders, and communicate technical roadmaps clearly and concisely
• Exceptional grit and adaptability when managing shifting priorities, navigating operational uncertainty, and delivering under tight timelines
