This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to join the Securities & Asset Management Legal team (SAML) on a 12-month contract. The team works closely with the Corporate & Institutional Banking business area of Lloyds Banking Group, supporting various client debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, including securitisations, bonds, private placements, and more. The role involves providing legal support primarily on securitisation transactions across different asset classes, from structuring to launch, and some other DCM transactions.
You should hold a current practising certificate and ideally have at least 7 years of relevant experience in securitisation and DCM transactions, gained in private practice or in-house. Demonstrable expertise and transferable skills will also be considered.
