Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Launch Excellence PMO in London for a 12-month FTC to drive end-to-end launch planning and delivery across multiple therapy areas, including Oncology.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams from Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Supply, Digital and Analytics to ensure readiness and execution from day one, building scalable launch capability within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading or supporting complex cross-functional projects in pharma/biotech.
• Strong project & programme management with timelines, dependencies, risks & stakeholders.
• Experience supporting pharma launches or major brand initiatives.
• Knowledge of pharma governance, market access & regulatory launch readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Launch Planning across pre-launch, launch and post-launch workstreams.
• Drive Launch Readiness & Governance with reviews and decision processes.
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration across functions and markets.
• Manage Performance & Risk with KPI tracking and insights.
• Lead Communications & Change Management for launch teams & leaders.
• Champion PMO Excellence & Compliance with governance standards.
• Coordinate Budgets & External Partners with vendors and agencies.
• Embed Continuous Improvement by capturing lessons and building scalable processes.
