Job summary

Lead Careers Ltd in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking experienced Landscape Architects at Project to Senior level to join a respected studio.

You will manage projects from concept through to construction, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and mentor junior colleagues while helping develop the practice's project portfolio. Salary ranges £40-£55K DOE with a flexible, hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• UK landscape architecture consultancy experience.
• Strong design and technical delivery skills.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing landscape architecture projects from concept through to detailed design and construction.
• Preparing and coordinating design, tender and construction documentation.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Taking responsibility for project programmes, deadlines and deliverables.
• Producing high-quality landscape design proposals and technical information.
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the team.
• Contributing to the successful delivery and continued development of the practice's project portfolio.
