Job summary

A leading employee-owned landscape practice in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to handle design-led, sustainability-focused projects. Ideal candidates will have a robust design portfolio or experience in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA), and will take on a leadership role in managing projects and mentoring junior staff while enjoying hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• CMLI + minimum 3 years post-chartership required.
• Strong design portfolio or proven LVIA experience (GIS knowledge ideal).
• Full UK driving licence.

We're working with an employee-owned landscape practice that’s growing and on the lookout for a Senior Landscape Architect - someone with either strong design skills or solid LVIA experience (or both).

They work across a wide range of sectors including public realm, education, and renewable energy. It’s a studio where collaboration isn’t a buzzword - they genuinely value everyone’s input and invest in your long-term development.

What you’ll be doing:

? Lead projects from concept to detailed design

? Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
