Senior Landscape Architect job in Birmingham for an experienced landscape professional supporting university, schools and commercial office projects. Based from the Birmingham studio, the role will suit someone with strong design, project delivery and design management capability, working alongside senior landscape leadership while supporting client relationships, team development and regional business opportunities.
You will also attend site, client and design team meetings, support project financial controls and contribute to contract administration. Travel to Oxford and Leeds will be required when supporting bids across associated regional studios.
You should have working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Google SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of technical standards, environmental design principles, CDM Regulations 2015, Building Safety Act responsibilities, Building Regulations and relevant health and safety requirements is also required.
Salary of 40,000- 50,000, plus 23 days' holiday and bank holidays, practice-paid Westfield healthcare and matched 5% pension contributions. Benefits also include team events, CPDs, professional training and development support.
