Job summary

Edwards Legal Recruitment LP is seeking a Team Manager / Head of Department to lead a specialist Residential Landlord & Tenant team. Hybrid or fully remote working options are available, with hours 9am–5pm.

You must be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with strong L&T experience, advising landlords and managing agents on disputes, leasehold enforcement and related proceedings. IT literacy with Case Management systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial experience in Landlord & Tenant law.
• Experience leading a dedicated L&T team.
• Experience advising landlords and managing agents on disputes.
• IT literate with proficiency in Case Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a Residential L&T team.
• Advise Landlords, RMC/RTM clients, and managing agents on disputes.
• Manage leasehold enforcement and related court/tribunal proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.
