Edwards Legal Recruitment LP is seeking a Litigation NQ+ Solicitor (or CILEX) with landlord & tenant experience to join a Sussex-based practice. You will manage a team of Paralegals/Junior Fee Earners while handling your own caseload and developing L&T matters for landlords and property managers.

Qualifications

• NQ+ Solicitor or CILEX with L&T experience (not essential but preferred).
• Experience in landlord & tenant practice and management of staff.
• Office-based, full-time role in Sussex.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Paralegals/Junior Fee Earners while handling own L&T caseload.
• Advise landlords and property management clients on eviction, monetary claims and enforcement.
• Provide training and support to junior staff; handle staff absences and holidays.
