Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Land Surveyor to join our Somerset team on a long-term project. You will lead a survey team, set out works, and manage control networks on site. Experience with topographical surveys, monitoring of works or laser scanning is preferred.

CSCS card is required, and eligibility to work in the UK is essential. You will uphold QA and H&S standards, maintain equipment, and collaborate with site teams to deliver accurate data for large-scale construction

Competenze

• Experience leading a survey team and coordinating fieldwork.
• Experience with setting out for construction projects.
• CSCS card required or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Manage land surveyors on site.

Are you an experienced Senior Land Surveyor looking for your next opportunity? Our client is a well known company with a long term project offering works in Somerset for the next 4/5 years. They are looking to add a land surveyor to their team who has gained experience either setting out for construction, doing topographical surveyor, monitoring of works or laser scanning. They are paying a very competitive salary with a strong benefits package including paying an allowace for your lodge costs. Duties include -

• Management of Land surveyors
• Establishing and setting of both primary and secondary control
• Dimensional control
• Setting out of works
• Maintaining equipment
• QA and H&S

Requirements for this position -

• A land surveying qualification is preferable, but a relevant qualification is acceptable also
• Experience using the TS16 and processing scan data
• Able to display previous experience in a similar role
• CSCS card
