Job summary

Fisher German is looking for a Land Referencer or Senior Land Referencer to join their expanding Land Referencing team in the United Kingdom. This full-time position supports ongoing and new projects with opportunities for career growth in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing data quality, developing methodologies, and collaborating with project teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in geography or a related field, and experience in land referencing on major projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within land referencing on major projects toward DCO/CPO/TWAOs.
• Able to manage multiple projects and team members efficiently.
• Full driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assure quality of data input into the ownership database.
• Apply and develop land referencing methodologies for project delivery.
• Liaise with GIS and project delivery teams la.
