Fisher German is seeking a Senior Land Referencer to join our expanding team in Stafford. This key role involves overseeing data quality and developing methodologies that support land referencing on major projects. Candidates may already be in a land referencing role looking to advance, or experienced Senior Land Referencers seeking a new challenge.

Qualifications

• Degree in geography, land surveying or similar discipline which relates to land.
• Proven experience in land referencing on major projects towards DCO/CPO/TWAOs.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and landowners.

• Overseeing data input into ownership database.
• Developing land referencing methodologies to support project delivery.
• Liaising with GIS and project delivery teams on progress.
