Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support professional growth of teams. Strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership are required; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged.

Requirements include active state licensure, a BA/BS with 1000 field hours and 1 year ABA experience, and completion of WAC-mandated hours and supervised experience. Hybrid work may be possible.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and regulatory compliance.
• Experience designing/overseeing ABA interventions.
• Leadership in program implementation and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and develop supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure/certification requirements.
