Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 sem units in ABA and 1 year of supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation, including E Sign and compliance forms, is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
