Job summary

Codis in Haverhill is seeking a Senior Laboratory Instrumentation & Calibration Analyst to drive calibration, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory instruments at our manufacturing site.

The role focuses on lifecycle management and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced QC environment. You will coordinate with external service engineers, manage onboarding of new equipment, review service reports, and ensure GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience calibrating and maintaining lab equipment.
• GMP laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• On-board new equipment and perform qualification and required testing.
• Coordinate with external service and calibration engineers for schedules.
• Schedule, track, perform and document preventive maintenance, calibration activities and audit trails.
• Review calibration, maintenance and service reports from engineers.
• Assess out-of-tolerance findings and determine impact on operations.
• Lead investigations, deviations and CAPAs related to equipment performance.
• Maintain equipment lifecycle records and ensure compliance and inspection readiness.
