Job summary

BrickRed Systems LLC is seeking a highly skilled L3 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical and application support for enterprise systems in Reading. You will resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to maintain stability and performance.

The role focuses on C#/.NET development and production support, with some exposure to Microsoft Azure.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in application support or production engineering.
• Strong C# and .NET/.NET Core skills.
• Experience debugging complex production issues.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-line support for complex issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and document fixes.
• Debug applications developed with C# and .NET.
• Analyse logs, queries, API failures and performance.
• Support deployments, patches, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with development, L1/L2, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Participate in major incident management and problem solving.
