Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in Manchester is seeking a Senior Full Stack Kotlin Developer to join a growing digital consultancy. You will design, build and deliver scalable digital services for public and private sector clients, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership.

You will mentor engineers, own development pipelines, and deliver high-quality, user-centred solutions across the full development lifecycle using Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot and microservices.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Kotlin, Java and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js or Nunjucks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Experience delivering scalable, high-quality digital solutions.
• Consultancy, Government or NHS project experience.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems.
• Knowledge of Helm.

Working within multidisciplinary teams, you'll design, build and deliver scalable digital services that solve complex business challenges.

As a Senior Full Stack Kotlin Developer, you'll combine hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, mentoring engineers while delivering high-quality, user-centred solutions across the full development lifecycle.
