Join the ALTA Team as a Senior Kitchen Porter Manager – £16+ per hour (depending on experience), with a minimum of 45 hours per week.

ALTA brings the lively spirit of asador (grilled meat) restaurants and San Sebastián’s vibrant Basque bars to Soho’s Kingly Court. Renowned Head Chef Rob Roy Cameron, formerly of elBulli and Rodero, brings culinary expertise to the kitchen.

As a Senior Kitchen Porter Manager at ALTA:

• Manage a team of Kitchen Porters, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.
• Work closely with chefs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and team focus are essential.

This position is ideal for an experienced Kitchen Porter with team management background.
