Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Kinematics Test Engineer for our Leeds site. This hands-on role focuses on verification and testing of medical implants and instrumentations for kinimatic/tribological applications, working with R&D and Quality teams to ensure safety and efficacy of devices.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in medical devices, tribology experience, and strong data analysis/technical writing skills, with the ability to communicate findings across cross-functional teams in

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Medical Device industry.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience within Tribology.
• Experience with transducers and data acquisition is required.
• Experience with medical device joint simulators is highly preferred.
• Experience with data processing and statistical analyses is required.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple tasks in a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform verification tests to support regulatory submissions and quality investigations.
• Develop test methods and protocols meeting complex requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and manufacturing to execute test plans.
• Mentor students and technical staff.
• Lead internal projects with a strong test/research bias.
• Ensure compliance and support internal/external audits.
