Job summary

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, develop local and regional growth initiatives, manage grant funding, and work with business leaders, investors and funders to make Doncaster a great place to invest. The role is hybrid, permanent, with a Grade 10 salary.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working with businesses and delivering outcomes related to business support and economic development.
• Experience in managing and motivating staff, budgets and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Business Doncaster’s approach to key account management and business support.
• Develop and implement local and regional initiatives to drive economic growth, including grant funding and business support programmes.
• Collaborate with business leaders, investors, and funding organisations to attract investment to Doncaster.
