City of Doncaster Council is recruiting a Senior Key Account and Business Growth Manager to lead Business Doncaster. You will drive key account activity, shape business support delivery, and guide a multidisciplinary team to implement regional initiatives including grants and funding programmes.

You will collaborate with business leaders, investors and funders to position Doncaster as a great place to invest and do business, while managing staff, budgets and performance with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with businesses and delivering outcomes in business support and economic development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Doncaster’s approach to key account management and business support.
• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team and deliver local/regional initiatives including grants.
• Collaborate with business leaders, investors and funders to attract investment and support growth.
