Job summary

GATEX is seeking a Senior Account Manager to head up the client services function, overseeing a dedicated team in North Tyneside and ensuring high-quality support for key accounts. This office-based, permanent role focuses on managing day-to-day activities and delivering end-to-end workflow across estimating, job creation, planning, production, finance and commercial.

The candidate will mentor staff, resolve complex queries, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain first-class standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service/client services leadership role.
• Background in the print/packaging industries is preferred.
• Track record of coaching and developing others.
• Familiarity with technical or process-led customer enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service team in day-to-day activities, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
• Take the lead on select key client accounts.

A leading print & packaging business is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to head up the client services function, ensuring high-quality support for key client accounts.

The role focuses on supervising day-to-day team activities, coaching colleagues to follow standardised processes, resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver smooth end-to-end workflow across Estimating, Job Creation, Planning, Production, Finance and Commercial.

What You ll Be Doing
