Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a Senior Account Manager in North Tyneside for a permanent, office-based role. You will lead the customer service team, oversee key client accounts and drive smooth end-to-end workflow across Estimating, Job Creation, Planning, Production, Finance and Commercial.

Salary £40,000–£45,000 per year. The ideal candidate has proven customer service leadership experience in print/packaging, a track record of coaching others, and the ability to resolve complex queries

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service leadership role.
• Background in print and/or packaging industries advisable.
• Track record of coaching and developing team members.
• Ability to handle technical or process-led client enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service team in day-to-day activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Take the lead on select key client accounts and mentor staff to follow procedures.
• Provide support on technical queries and finance-related questions.
• Foster cross-department collaboration for smooth end-to-end workflows.
