Job summary

Uniting Ambition is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in London on a hybrid basis, combining Java/Kotlin backend with modern frontend work and owning features end-to-end in a scalable system. Work with product and design, build RESTful services, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.

Experience with SQL/NoSQL data stores is required; Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD are a bonus. You will collaborate with global teams, participate in code reviews and testing, and help shape architecture for

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of software development experience in an agile team.
• Proven production experience with Java/Kotlin and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and SQL/NoSQL data stores.
• Bonus: event-driven architecture, Docker/Kubernetes, or CI/CD experience.
