Zusammenfassung

Citi is seeking a Lead Java Developer to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate action events within the Event Master Central platform. You will lead applications design, development, and delivery, mentor a team, and collaborate with Technology and Product teams to modernize enterprise data processes.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a focus on high-performance enterprise-grade software, leveraging cloud-native practices and microservices architectures, while maintaining code quality

Qualifikationen

• Significant hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services (XML, JSON).
• Proven experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Core Java, Multi-threading, Collections framework, and Spring Framework.
• Experience designing event-driven systems using Apache Kafka, including topic config and producer/consumer APIs.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, code quality with Sonar, and source control (Git).
• Ability to design and implement unit, integration, and functional tests.
• Solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AI tech (Devin, Co Pilot).
• Cloud-native development concepts and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint cycles.
