Job summary

Saragossa is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our Trading Technology team. You will help build out the core platform powering our trading business, working closely with traders, quantitative developers and architects to deliver robust, scalable software.

You will contribute to high-throughput, event-driven systems atop Linux environments, with a focus on concurrency and data-intensive messaging to support multiple markets worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience building distributed, event-driven, or high-throughput systems.
• Strong understanding of Linux-based environments.
• Experience with concurrent and multi-threaded programming.
• Experience working with messaging, networking or data-intensive applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with traders, quantitative developers and architects to deliver technology that directly supports trading activities.
• Build core trading platform components and services used across multiple markets.
