Job summary

eFinancialCareers is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join the Payments Technology team in Manchester. You will deliver large-scale transformation programmes across the financial services sector, building cloud-native Java solutions with microservices and Kafka.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers to implement scalable payment processing capabilities, contribute to engineering best practices, and work within an Agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development experience in a commercial setting.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies and Kafka in event-driven systems.

• Develop and enhance large-scale payment processing solutions.
