Database: Candidates with SQL or NoSQL experience are acceptable; ideally the overall submission should demonstrate both types of database exposure.

Complexity: No unusual/specialist requirements identified - essentially standard Java + microservices + Kafka + databases.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Java and related frameworks.

Experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and agile development practices.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Delivery on Payment Cloud services is desirable
