Job summary

Uniting Ambition is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join our engineering team, focusing on enterprise-scale communication platforms. The role offers a hybrid work model with 2-3 days onsite in Hertfordshire, and you will own solutions end-to-end in a DevOps-focused environment.

You will develop Java applications with Spring Boot, work with AEM, design scalable microservices, and contribute to CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial Java development experience.
• Strong Spring Boot and microservices expertise.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Cloud experience, ideally Azure.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams.

We\'re recruiting for a Senior Java Engineer to join a growing engineering team building enterprise-scale communication platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning solutions end-to-end and working in a modern DevOps-focused environment. This is a permanent opportunity offering a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Hertfordshire.

The Role

• Develop and enhance Java applications using Spring Boot
