Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume IVA caseload.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IVA cases from proposal to closure.
• Ensure compliance with insolvency regulation and standards.
• Provide guidance to case administrators and support staff.
• Liaise with creditors, clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and drive efficiency.
