Qualifications

• Fully licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
• Proven experience acting as appointment-taking IP on volume IVAs.
• Strong technical knowledge of IVA legislation and regulatory standards.
• Experience in a high-volume, process-driven IVA environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner on volume IVA cases.
• Chair and oversee Meetings of Creditors and key IVA milestones.
• Ensure all appointments comply with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Provide technical oversight to IVA case administration teams.
• Review and sign off proposals, reports, variations, and closures.
• Liaise with creditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Support compliance, audit, and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency within the IVA function.
