East Coast College in Great Yarmouth/Lowestoft campus is seeking a Senior IT Technician to join the IT Support Team, providing first and second-line support and handling complex IT issues on campus.
The role requires Level 3 IT qualification or equivalent and at least four years of IT experience, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of Windows environments and networking. You will contribute to IT projects and staff training.

This post will report to the Systems and Network Administrator and will be required to travel to all campuses on occasions. This is a senior post within the IT Support Team and the post holder will be an experienced, technician capable of dealing with complex technical issues and projects. The post holder will work within the IT Team supporting the daily operations of the College as well as providing second line support and completing assigned projects.The post holder will work closely with the Systems and Network Administrator to resolve complex technical issues, support infrastructure projects and maintain a high-quality IT service.
