Job summary

Joma Jewellery in Banbury, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Senior IT & Systems Manager to lead IT operations, ensure security and reliability, and drive strategic improvements across ERP, WMS, ecommerce and reporting platforms.

You will manage the IT infrastructure, lead a small team, and partner with the Head of Systems to deliver scalable, future‑proof technology for our brands. Hybrid working with a mix of office and home days is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across IT operations, infrastructure, systems support and technical service delivery.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, devices, connectivity and core technology platforms within a busy business environment.
• A solid understanding of IT service management, including incident, problem, change and service management.
• Experience leading and developing technical or systems teams, with a genuine interest in coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure, hardware, devices, connectivity and core platforms.
• Keeping our technology services stable, secure and reliable, quickly resolving issues and minimising disruption.
• Acting as the senior escalation point for operational IT, systems and technology issues, ownership through to resolution.
• Shaping and maintaining our technical architecture and integration principles, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
• Overseeing integrations, APIs, data flows and automation across core business systems.
