Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in IT Systems products and installations.
• Experience in Thermal and Power systems within Data Center environments is highly valued.
• Strong skills in requirement engineering will enable identification and analysis of customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and training to customers and Sales teams in the region.
• Take a leading technical role in complex Multi-Line of Business projects.
• Identify and support third-party suppliers for technical solutions.
• Empower Sales teams with pre-sales technical support.
