Job summary

TwinStream Limited is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to take senior operational responsibility for the performance, resilience, maintenance and improvement of IT systems and services. You will work within the IT team to implement changes, lead complex technical implementations and guide colleagues across the department.

The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite in Bristol, salary £50,000–£60,000, and eligibility for DV clearance is required.

Qualifications

• > Proven experience delivering and managing complex IT services and infrastructure.
• - Thorough hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and identity management, enforcing security controls.
• - Familiarity with security monitoring, SIEM and incident response and IT service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of cloud services, infrastructure, endpoints and applications.
• Implement and maintain identity/access management and endpoint controls.
• Oversee patching, backup, recovery and continuity testing per strategy.
• Mentor colleagues and promote high-quality delivery across the IT team.
• Coordinate with suppliers, assess licensing and service-management requirements.
