Ward Hadaway, a leading UK law firm, is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join the Technology and Change team in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role covers ticket handling, troubleshooting, hardware builds, deployments, and IT projects, with hybrid working and occasional travel to other offices.
The successful candidate will provide second line support for Microsoft 365 applications and in-house systems, act as escalation point for first-line analysts, and contribute to IT service improvements
Formación
- 2+ years in IT service desk or IT support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools
- Experience with AD, SCCM and Intune
- Familiarity with ITIL-based Service Management processes
Responsabilidades
- Provide second line IT support for internal clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to restore service quickly
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Assist with IT projects and deployments
- Configure equipment for new starters and replacements
- Promote IT awareness and best practices across the Firm
