Job summary

National Wealth Fund is seeking a Senior IT Security Analyst to lead and operate Microsoft-based security controls, focusing on Entra ID, data protection, RBAC and compliance tooling. You will work within the Information Security team to maintain secure estate practices and provide practical security guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior or technically responsible role using Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience implementing or improving Information Security controls, including DLP.
• Identity management and access controls experience with Entra ID Governance or similar tooling.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP or related compliance controls.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus, NIST, ISO 27001 or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Microsoft security, compliance, user and data protection tooling within assigned workstreams.
• Design, deliver and manage Microsoft Purview and related information protection controls.
• Lead identity governance and RBAC activities across joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle.
• Identify security risks and gaps, support remediation and risk treatment.
• Coordinate incident response activities and stakeholder updates.
• Support adherence to laws, standards and internal policies with evidence and audits.
• Assist security training and awareness for the organisation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and security suppliers to drive improvements.
• Prepare reports on information security risks, incidents and control effectiveness.
• Support workstreams with control operation, evidence and escalation.
• Maintain awareness of threats and improve controls based on best practices.
