The National Wealth Fund is seeking a Senior IT Security Analyst to lead and operate security controls across its Microsoft-based estate in a hybrid Leeds setting. The role drives identity governance, data protection, and compliance tooling while partnering with the IT Risk & Security Lead to strengthen resilience and reduce risk.

You will work on control design, remediation tracking and incident response, reporting to stakeholders and supporting audits.

Formación

• Proven experience in a senior/tech lead role using Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience implementing/operating controls within Information Security, Data Loss Prevention and Risk Management.
• Identity management and RBAC with Microsoft Entra ID Governance or similar tooling.
• Experience with Purview, Data Loss Prevention or compliance controls.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Cyber Essentials Plus, NIST, ISO 27001 or similar.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and improve Microsoft security and protection tooling within assigned workstreams.
• Design and manage Purview and Data Protection controls.
• Lead identity governance and RBAC activities across lifecycle.
• Identify risks, gaps and remediation actions; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate incident response activities and stakeholder updates.
• Support audit activity, evidence collection and remediation of findings.
• Contribute to security training and awareness initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers.
