Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Senior IT Risk & Governance Analyst to strengthen governance across IT, cyber, data, digital, property, protection and resilience risks. The role emphasizes risk identification, assessment and reporting within a regulated environment.

You will maintain risk registers, support audits and drive remediation with risk owners, while promoting a culture of risk awareness across OpsIT.Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in risk management and governance within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, NIST and ITIL.
• Ability to articulate complex risk issues clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Demonstrable experience of governing and ensuring compliance to regulatory and other requirements
• Working with financial services regulators and/or other relevant external stakeholders
• Experience of working in a global organisation, balancing global and local requirements
• Well versed in establishing internal and external relationships, ideally in a federated organization
• Responsible Artificial Intelligence Use

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external audits of OpsIT general Controls.
• Identify, assess, monitor and report OpsIT risks and control effectiveness.
• Maintain OpsIT risk registers and work with risk owners to deliver timely remediation.
• Perform risk assessments and control testing in line with defined methodologies.
• Provide assurance and governance oversight of OpsIT service providers and third parties.
• Deliver risk education and promote a strong risk culture across OpsIT.
