Job summary

Astreya Limited is seeking an experienced Project & Program Management professional to coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope, manage schedules and budgets, and drive change management to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a global IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years’ related experience or equivalent
• Experience with cross-functional teams and complex IT projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication; documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet schedules
• Self-starter with ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
• Experience creating spreadsheets, presentations, and project/process documentation
• Strong analytical skills: collect, organize, analyze data, track metrics, manage risks
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and update client executives
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, complex IT projects across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate initiation, planning, procurement, deployment and post-deployment phases.
• Maintain project documentation: schedules, reviews, risk analyses, process docs.
• Define scope and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility.
• Drive lifecycle milestones from concept to closure and manage change.
• Track KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive process improvements across teams.
