Job summary

Ricoh Europe PLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT and business transformation programmes across Europe. You will influence strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful change within a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results while upholding high quality standards. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex IT projects and programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2 and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing business transformation, infrastructure and application projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors and stakeholders at executive level.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business and digital transformation programmes across Europe.
• Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, PMO best practice and knowledge sharing.
• Coach and mentor project teams while promoting Agile ways of working.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and align with strategic objectives.
