Job summary

Ricoh Europe is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Group IT PMO and lead large-scale IT and business transformation programmes across Europe. You will drive projects from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with the highest quality standards.

You will manage cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery to meet strategic objectives while coaching project teams in Agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex IT projects and programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2 and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing business transformation, infrastructure and application projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors and stakeholders at executive level.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business and digital transformation programmes across Europe.
• Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
