Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead delivery of complex technology projects within a retail environment. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project success from initiation through implementation.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in IT project delivery, experience with onshore and offshore teams, and certifications such as PRINCE2, APMP or PMP. This is a hybrid Nottingham-based position with start ASAP.

Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology projects within a retail environment. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The Role

• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in IT and project delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Experience leading onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience within a retail organisation.
• Expert knowledge of business processes across areas such as Finance and Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• PRINCE2, APM PMQ (APMP), PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
