Computershare UK is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead delivery across next generation technologies and transformational initiatives within the Plans Portfolio Delivery Team. You’ll drive end‑to‑end IT change, collaborating with teams worldwide and across regions to deliver value on time and within scope.

You will join a dynamic global technology services group, emphasising best practice, strong governance, and visible impact, with a hybrid Bristol based role and flexible

• Experience delivering large-scale IT change across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Fluency in Agile and structured practices (Scrum, Kanban, and Prince 2) and when to flex the playbook.
• Clear, confident communication with the ability to influence, simplify, and decide.
• Root-cause thinking, dependency mapping, and risk management that actually drives action.
• Leadership that motivates people across global locations and disciplines to do their best work.

• Shape delivery structures and governance: scope, RAID, plans, dependencies, and reporting with real transparency.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to align objectives, manage expectations, and make informed trade‑offs.
• Support transformation initiatives that span teams, time‑zones, and third‑party partners.
