Ricoh Europe PLC is seeking a Global Technical Consultant to join our European team. You will serve as a trusted advisor, solution architect and SME, collaborating with sales, delivery and product teams to design and implement robust, scalable office print and workflow solutions across multiple countries.

You will lead technical workshops, gather requirements, and guide bids and demonstrations to drive strategic opportunities while ensuring Ricoh standards and security practices are upheld.

Formación

• Proven background in technical consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture or delivery.
• Experience in office print, document management or workflow automation environments.
• Strong understanding of print and scan workflows and related business processes.
• Experience deploying software solutions in enterprise server/network environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership throughout customer engagements.
• Lead or support the design of end-to-end office print and workflow automation solutions.
• Create solution architectures, technical specs and proof-of-concept designs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and compliant with Ricoh standards.
