Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations (including Entra ID).
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, AD and Group Policy.
• Networking knowledge covering switches, VLANs, firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
• Familiarity with backup solutions like Veeam or Datto.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver IT projects from start to finish.
• Lead Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations.
• Perform infrastructure builds and upgrades.
• Oversee office relocations and full user setup rollouts.
• Manage meeting room, AV installations and connectivity projects.
• Act as senior technical escalation point when needed.
• Document project delivery and handover to clients.
