Holland & Barrett in London or Nuneaton is seeking a Senior IT/OT Cyber Engineer to protect our store, warehouse and operational environments. You will design secure architectures, lead security engineering efforts and mentor colleagues across IT and OT teams.

You'll drive secure network segmentation, remote access controls and identity protections while balancing security with operational needs. This role offers hybrid working and the chance to shape security across a growing international

Qualificações

• Significant hands-on experience securing enterprise IT environments, including system hardening and secure configuration.
• Experience with OT environments where resilience is essential.
• Expertise across network security, segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, identity and endpoint security.
• Ability to lead technical decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID and OT technologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security engineering of IT and OT environments across stores, warehouses and sites.
• Design and implement secure architectures and engineering standards.
• Drive network segmentation, remote access and identity controls.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for cyber security challenges and incidents.
• Assess cyber risks and provide pragmatic recommendations.
• Partner with infrastructure, operations and facilities to embed security by design.
• Mentor colleagues and develop security engineering best practices.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and improve security tooling.
