Job summary

Absolute Law Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a long-established law firm with offices across Kent. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of the firm’s IT function across multiple office locations, balancing hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.

You will manage servers, networks, Microsoft 365, SQL databases and cybersecurity, while coordinating with external suppliers and delivering IT projects to keep systems secure, reliable and aligned with business

Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Manager or senior IT role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows, networking and hardware.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and SQL databases.
Experience managing cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery and user access.
Experience coordinating with external IT suppliers.
Excellent problem-solving, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for IT infrastructure, systems and technology across all office locations.
Lead IT projects including upgrades, migrations and new technology implementations.
Manage IT suppliers, software providers and external contractors.
Ensure cybersecurity, backups, data protection and system reliability.
Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff across offices.
